College students, Pittsburgh city council talk issues over breakfast

About 50 students and three council members attended a pancake breakfast hosted by Pitt student groups after initially hooking up during weeks of talks in November and December over Mayor Luke Ravenstahl's attempt to impose a 1 percent tax on tuition.
